    Secure your cost of ownership

    We offer different extended service packages which can be purchased together with the product or as an annual subscription. This allows you to get e.g. an additional 1-3 years of free factory repair on top of the standard 2 years warranty period, or even an all-inclusive full-service, on-site, agreement covering your entire communications solution. The Customer Protection Plan comes free with certain products like Handheld Radios and many of the GMDSS modules, and ensures a fair re-purchase price in case of failures during the first 6 years.

    Spare Parts Program

    Our spare part program ensures that partners can always get the spares they need to service users and customers. The program includes new parts as well as refurbished parts with factory warranty, and Advance Replacement service to expedite the repair, i.e. no need to wait for your product or module being sent for repair and returned requiring a second service visit. With parts in place, the fault is remedied in the first service attempt. The Gold Level Technical Service Partners carry spares to solve 95% of the cases instantly and Silver Level 85%. Otherwise, parts are shipped same or next day from one of our central warehouses.
